Making more money in your business can be a daunting task. However, it is of the greatest importance to honor yourself as well as your clients with your work and fees. To get past any blocks you may have around making more money, here are 10 tips to help you make more money, find more joy, and live an easier, more fulfilling life.

1. FORGIVE

Forgive everybody for everything! Most of all, forgive yourself. You were doing the best you knew to do. It is done. The sun rises and sets everyday so should your grievances. Let nothing fester. Find a way to release any blame or disappointment everyday. You may be surprised but holding onto hurts blocks the flow of abundance.

2. SLOW DOWN & ASK QUESTIONS

In every aspect of your life slow down! Seek to build relationships. Do not just respond to queries with your fee. Regardless of what you are selling people need people. This is an interaction between human beings so be human. Be curious about your potential client. Ask questions with genuine interest. Find out why they are interested in your product or service and how they would like you to help them. Ask more than a dozen questions but your sales meetings should not feel like an interrogation. It should feel like an important conversation led by a person who really cares.

3. CREDIBILITY

All of your materials should indicate that you are the type of person people know, like and trust and that you are an expert in your industry. Maybe you have published a book or articles in major media, have appeared on radio/television/podcasts or hold positions of trust in your community. Your materials should include anything that indicates you are an expert or trusted authority.

4. TESTIMONIALS

Nothing sells better than success but very few people want to hear you "toot your own horn." Use your clients' words (their testimonials -- rave reviews of your service or product) to show that you have helped people achieve spectacular results. 

5. OPTIONS

Have different options for different budgets. It is extremely important that even the cheapest option should make you happy. Offer at least one option that takes the lid off of your expectations and would be a dream come true. 

6. RAISE YOUR RATES

If you know that you offer more value than you are being compensated for, raise your rates. Practice saying your new rates until they just roll off of your tongue. You do not need to raise your fees, incrementally. Be courageous. If you have been undercharging, boldly claim your rightful place in the marketplace. 

7. VISUALIZE

In your mind's eye, see your sales meeting going well. Mentally practice every aspect of your sales process. See things going well and also see yourself responding to any objections or hesitancies, easily and professionally. Visualize yourself making sales everyday. Does  your industry offer an award? If so, see  yourself accepting that reward. 

8. BE CONFIDENT
Bolster your confidence by reading your testimonials, everyday. Commit to your worth before every telephone call, sales meeting or client interaction.

9. IN SERVICE & LOVE

Having something to sell is a beautiful thing. It is a way to help another human being. Offer your product and services from a place of service and love and you will be well-rewarded in money and so much more. Use money to design a life of service and love. 

10. TITHE
Consistently and joyfully presenting a tenth of your income to your source of spiritual nourishment is an age-old tool for prosperity.
